Rosemary Campbell-Stephens is a freelance consultant and an independent consultant trainer she was formally an associate with National College for Teaching and Leadership. Rosemary has over 30 years experience within the education sector.
Strategic leadership, operational management and leadership preparation have been key features of the last 20 years, variably as a Local Authority Advisor for Institutional Review and Development, an OFSTED inspector, Deputy and Headteacher in the secondary sector, consultant to the DFE and the Institute of Education, University of London.
Rosemary now provides and delivers consultancy on developing leadership capability and capacity, succession planning, addressing under-representation at middle and senior leadership level across the system and training on leadership for equity in order to close the gap between those groups who achieve and those who do not. In 2003 Rosemary developed Investing in Diversity (IiD), for the London Centre for Leadership in Learning, Institute of Education, and University of London. The programme was rolled out in Leeds March 2009, and has inspired a sister programme called Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow in Yorkshire and Humberside. In the autumn of 2009, Investing in Diversity went international when the Leading for Equity leadership programme was launched in Toronto, Canada.

She is a sought after public speaker and conference organiser on; leadership, education, social justice, inclusion and equity issues at local, national and international level. Joan Campbell is Director of STK Training and Consultancy which specialises in the delivery of wrap around services to support families and young people where there is an identified risk of exclusion from school or anti-social behaviour. Joan is the co-founder and facilitator of Diverse Link Personal Development Programme, delivered through Birmingham Ishango. The programme is one of only three provisions funded by Safer Birmingham Partnership that receives referrals through the Multi Agency Youth Gang Panel.
Joan is co-author of the report Challenging Exclusions: Every African Caribbean Child Matters, which lead to the development of the Challenging Exclusions Parents Handbook, a resource now available as a good practice guide on Birmingham Grid For Learning. A highly skilled trainer and leader, she draws on such expertise to inform her work with educators. Joan has worked as facilitator for the University of London, Institute of Education accredited Leadership programme, Investing in Diversity London. As an associate of RMC Consultant, she has worked as a Lead Professional to facilitate Investing In Diversity Leeds (Education Leeds) and Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow (Rotherham LA). In addition to her work within the field of education Joan is a qualified Probation Officer with over 20 years experience of working within a multi agency risk management framework.
Sharon is an international award winning, experienced and highly motivated entrepreneur, public speaker, project manager and trainer with focused and targeted goals for achievement. In May 2007, Sharon created a manufacturing company to promote and sell the innovation called Leaf Log, a biomass solid fuel made from naturally fallen tree leaves which would otherwise go into landfill. Initiating and negotiating sales with major retailers including: B&Q, Netto Supermarkets, JD Wetherspoons and the Cooperative, Sharon also secured substantial overseas investment and generated sales of this renewable energy in Norway, Spain and the Czech Republic. Sharon also faced the Investors on BBC Dragon's Den and secured investment from Secret Millionaires.

She is commercially experienced and skilled in developing organisation with an abundance of enthusiasm and energy. Sharon is a Governor at Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls and being a qualified trainer, she regularly delivers personal development seminars across the UK and to a global audience via online Webinars. She is the eternal student who believes that if you stop learning you stop moving forward and has therefore commenced a degree in Leadership and Management at Aston University. In March 2013, she became a qualified and Licensed Governance Assessor working primarily in education and the Third Sector.
